It has come to our attention that some customers were not aware that the tea bags will be packed in ziploc bags as stated on our item listings. 

We seek your understanding that our tea bags are imported in large quantity per box from japan, we are required to break down the quantity for sale.

We wear disposable plastic gloves to handle the transfer of the tea bags to the ziploc bag . We also prefer to use ziploc bags to store these tea bags so that customers can reseal after using
