Ingredient : Fish Meat, Cheese, Tofu, Starch, Vegetable Oil, MSG, Spices, Sugar, Salt, Omega 3 & 6
Recommended Preparation Method: Oven toast，pan fry or microwave
Pre-heat the oven at 180o C (350o F)
- Toast for about 5 minutes for fully thawed cheese Tofu
- Toast for about 7 minutes for frozen cheese Tofu
You may serve the cheese tofu with Mayonnaise or Chili sauce.
