1.Brush and floss your teeth before continuing .
2.Place a small line of gel (approx 0.3ml per layer) in the front portion of both top and bottom sides of the tray to cover your front 6-8 teeth . Make sure you do not over load the tray as the gel may irritate the gums .
3.Insert the tray into your mouth carefully. Switch on the light for 15-25 minutes After completing the whitening session , remove the tray carefully. Rinse your mouth and wipe any excess gel away . Rinse the tray thoroughly and store in cool dry place until further sessions.
