Manufacturing process. All pots are manually made on a potter's wheel with high-quality clay. After the pot is formed and dried, artisan polishes the outside with shallow stones to form a smooth and buffed surface. Next step - is firing with 900°C. The product is put into milk after the first firing , which closes all pores in the clay, adds strength and gives the clay this tint.

As every clay or glass product, the pot cannot be subjected to sudden changes in temperature, the pot must adapt to heat, giving the product the opportunity to warm up slowly in the oven. Similarly, allow the pot to cool to room temperature before washing it. Never place a hot pot on a cold (granite, metal) surface. The pot is not intended for use on gas or electric stoves and washing in a dishwasher! Never use metal or abrasive cleaners, and always try to avoid strongly scented soaps which can flavor the clay
Cook like a chef in your home kitchen. Clay pots and casseroles take a long time to absorb heat (unlike cookware made of steel, iron or aluminum). But once they do, they spread the heat evenly through the clay pot body, slowly releasing it to the food cooking within. This allows for the flavors and juices of a dish to build slowly and for spices penetrate more deeply.
