Derma foam is a highly absorbent foam dressing that wicks wound exudate to reduce the risk for maceration in moderate to heavily draining wounds. It has a waterproof polyurethane film backing to prevent strikethrough of exudate. Derma foam is non-adhesive so it is easy to remove; it can be cut to size for irregularly shaped wounds and needs to be secured in place.Dermafoam tracheostomy also available, featuring a keyhole opening for easy application around tracheostomy sites.
