It is perfect for purpose.
I purchased it as rain wear at the time of fishing. Although it is somewhat larger, I think that this is the best size as rain.

Waterproofness was not a problem. Even if you are wearing shoes it is very useful as it can be loaded without getting caught. In snowy mountains where the weather is nice, I will also wear it instead of a hard shell.
