Founded about 200 years ago Noguchi Shuzo located near Sacred mount Hakusan, facing at the Japan Sea. Master Toji Noguchi Naohiko won in total of 27 gold award in National New Sake tasting Competition and restarted to work for the brewery from the end of Heisei 25 (2013). Sweet tropical nose.  The texture is very dense, too dense!  The flavor is unique, sweet and smoky.
Very full-bodied sake with a very unique smoky flavor.
