HOT PINK UV Reactive Neon Black Light Intense Lipstick. Using a specially formulated cream lipstick base, these UV Black light lipsticks will fluoresce back BRIGHTER. The HOT PINK is actually a BRIGHT FUSCHIA HOT PINK color during the day and when flooded by UV Black light it fluoresces back to become a VIBRANT NEON PINK as shown in the pictures. PLEASE NOTE: THESE ITEMS ARE NOT GLOW IN THE DARK- THEY ARE UV FLUORESCENT ONLY. These are Theatrical FX lipsticks and are not suitable to be used as everyday makeup.
