A delicious gravy to serve over meat, mashed potatoes, pasta, rice or use as a base for entree recipes. Independently Tested and Certified Gluten Free. Substitute in your recipes for delicious gluten-free results!

Directions
Combine gravy mix and 1¼ cups (10oz) cool water in saucepan. Over medium heat, bring to a boil. Whisk / stir constantly until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat. Serve over meat, mashed potatoes, pasta or vegetables. Or create stews and casseroles. Makes 1¼ cups. Microwave Directions: In a microwave bowl, whisk/stir together gravy mix and 1¼ cups cool water. Heat on high at 1 minute intervals. Stir between cycles until sauce is thickened and smooth. Usage Tips: To enrich flavor, replace some water with meat juices. 1½ Tbsp. makes 2 oz. prepared.Free OfGluten, dairy, nut, egg, MSG, trans fat, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives!
