I advise customers to read the instructions thoroughly, and actually FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.Make sure the controller has fresh batteries, and don't push the drone to the limits. As with any products, parts fail occasionally and need repair or replacing. Crash landing your drone doesn't help either, and I crashed mine the first time because I didn't know what I was doing and pushed the wrong button. I had to learn how to drive a car, and you will have to learn how to fly a drone. Cheap materials and glitchy controls. Always had to spend half of the 5 minutes flight time just trimming for stability. And then there is the matter of it randomly gaining altitude and flying off on it own never to be found. Every manufacturer has a percentage of DOA products and we figured the bad reviews were just that. Unfortunately, after only about an hour of use, one of the motors started running slow. The motor completely quit within ten minute of slowing down. I took the product apart to see if I could identify and fix the issue but decided to return it instead. The issue, at least with our device, is the solder points on the main circuit board. Most of the connections are not soldered correctly and some of the cables were not stripped correctly (most of the cable was cut leaving only a small bit of cable remaining). We purchased the product in the evening and the camera does not work well in low light so we never got to see the image quality. We tried taking a couple of pictures and videos inside the house but the images were too dim to make out. The product looks cool and comes with spare parts (four propellers and some screws) which is nice. It also comes with a micro SD card and USB card reader. With a bit of quality-control this could be a great product.
