He has suffered with gout and since he has worn these socks, he has had relief from the discomfort and a perfect fit. He is a big man and I sometimes have a hard time finding shoes and socks that will fit him comfortably. He wears a size 12EEE shoe. I am odering 3 more packages now, so he will never run out.
