     Q1. If the item is defective and under warrranty, how to proceed with the exchange?

Please inform us by email or phone number before sending the item and after receiving the defective item, we will send out replacement to you. Alternatively, you may visit our shop Blk to do an exchange. Do remember to put in your name and return address on the mailer.

 

Q3. Why doesn't my driver come with a double-sided tape?
Only LED lights with built-in magnets comes with double-sided tape. If magnets are seperated pack from LED light, there should be 6 pieces of screw on magnets. 2 magnets for drivers and 4 magnets for the LED light.
