Unit can process up to four quarts of wet ingredients or six quarts of dry ingredients. The feed tube provides over 22 square inches of feed space. Up to 1,400 lb. per hour can be processed with the continuous feed attachment. Motor features high performance ball bearings. Durable Lexan polycarbonate bowl and feed attachment are scratch and break resistant. The base is epoxy-polyester, powder-coated metal. Processor includes 1/8'' slicing disc (3406E04), 3/16'' shredding disc (3406E10) and an ''S'' blade (3406E13).
