Application Procedures

 

We congratulate you on your decision to purchase XADO Gel – Revitalizant which will benefits your vehicle， the environment and your wallet. It will reduce friction and wear and extend the operational lifespan of your engine.

Please read and follow all information given in this user guide to get the optimum effect of XADO Gel – Revitalizant Treatment.

 

Before you get started: -

 

1.    XADO Gel – Revitalizant Treatment will improve the engine power and oil pressure possibly resumed to original levels.

2.    If the service life of any parts are coming to an end (severely worn out or 100% damaged)， replace them.

3.    If there is additional Teflon， Molybdenum or other additives in the engine oil， change the oil and filter respectively.

4.    Before the Treatment Procedures started， make sure that there are no oil leaks in the engine， high engine oil consumption， Valve Seals worn out or Piston Ring Sticking issues before applying XADO Products into your engine.

5.    If your can having white， blue or black emission， fix it before treatment.

6.    Take into account that the maximum oil quantity in the engine should not exceed the mark of the dipstick.

7.    If close to the next oil change interval， we recommend that you change the oil and filter before starting XADO Treatment.

8.    If your engine lubrication system accumulated with too much of sludge， contaminants or carbon deposits， please flush your engine lubrication system prior treatment. (You may use XADO VITAFLUSH Intensive Cleaner with Revitalizant for your engine lubrication system flushing purposes).

9.    After Overhauled Engines are strongly recommended to treat with XADO Gel – Revitalizant.

10.  Engine oil MUST NOT be changed until XADO Treatment Process completed. The whole Treatment Process will be completed within 1，500 km – 2，000 km.

11.  In certain critical cases (engine severely worn out)， repetitive treatment may require. Please consult with our Technical Consultant for further information.

12.  Strongly recommended to use VERYLUBE TURBO Metal Conditioner with XADO Gel – Revitalizant during treatment process in order to obtain immediate or optimum effect.

Method of Application:

 

STEP 1

 

(A)          Warm up the engine till working temperature;

(B)           Squeeze out the contents of XADO Gel – Revitalizant to the oil filler neck of the engine lubrication system;

(C)          Start the engine under idling stage for 10 minutes;

(D)          Drive as normal.

 

STEP 2

 

As described in Step 1 after 100 km – 250 km run;
