Pu Erh tea is a a specially fermented form of tea produced in Yunnan province, China and named after pu erh city. Pu erh tea can be devided into either raw/green (sheng) or ripe/cooked (shu), depending on processing method or aging. Here shown to you is raw puer tea brick from Jingmai. 

The shu puer tea brick is a 2014 aged tea. Raw materials from Jingmai tea zone, it has obvious features of Jingmai puer tea, high fragrance and good taste and it is anti-foam. Good sweet after taste. 

Puer help decrease the blood fat, lose weight, decline blood pressure and resist arteriosclerosis. Lotus leaves have the functions of diuresis and defaecation, it is a good slimming products.

To brew this puer tea brick:
1. Put 5-8 piece into teacup
2. Fill with boiled water of temperature 90-95℃
3. Stay for about half minutes you can begin to drink.
4. It can be brewed for more than 8 times.
