USAGE: internally: hypovitaminosis, nephritis, stomach cramps, bleeding, bloody diarrhea, anemia, exhaustion of the body. It is a good tonic for stomach. The rich content of vitamins and carotene fosters the regeneration of tissues, the synthesis of hormones and increases the elasticity of the capillaries, and enhances eye activity.
USE: Internally: As brew and infusion. 3 cups of tea daily.
PREPARATION: Boil 1 - 2 teaspoons of fruit with ¼ litre of water for 20 minutes. As multivitamin source in the following form: boil in 1 litre of water for 1 - 2 minutes, add sugar and 30g rose hips. Boil for 5 - 10 minutes.
