The Hey-Pop Easy Draw Waterproof Eyebrow features an eyebrow brush that facillitates the toning of eyebrows after drawing. This eyebrow pencil glides on smoothly, while the flat shape of the pencil enables easy use for both filling of eyebrow and drawing of fine hairs. It is waterproof and long lasting, such that the colour will not fade. This product is available in No.1 Gray, No.2 Gray Brown and No.3 Brown.

How To Use 

Twist the eyebrow pencil to about 2-3mm in length. Use the sharp side of the eyebrow pencil for drawing of fine hairs and the flat side to fill up the eyebrow. The eyebrow brush provided may be used to smudge dark lines drawn to give a more natural look.
