Since we insist to stock before selling (most of the time), most of the items will be checked by our very own hands and sight from manufacturing defects before the item is delivered to the consumer's hands. Most of the items (if not all) are stored and shipped from Singapore warehouse except items that are pre-orders/spree/bulk-purchase deals/wholesale where it will be shipped direct from Manufacturer plant to cut down on transit costs. The stock status/location of the items will be listed out clearly in the item descriptions page if it is not originated from Singapore.
• ** Our customer support channel is generally open from 10am to 7pm weekdays (Monday to Friday) except public holidays, Singapore time zone. Contact information are provided in the item page.
• ** We can be contacted via email or phone, however we strongly encourage customer to contact us by email to ensure all conversation is properly tracked to avoid any dispute or misunderstanding or communication gap & error in the future.

Shipping Information

• ** All ready-stock (items that are ex-stock) items will be shipped out within 3 working days (SG)  after payment is cleared.
• ** Mail parcel might be delayed during holiday season (Malaysia & Singapore) as posting company will normally handle large volumes of shipments or closed during certain days.
• ** Mail tracking number will be provided if the mail is registered.
• ** We will not be responsible to any lost package/item/parcel if buyer chose to ship using non-registered mail.
• ** Shipping information can be provided via SMS (Singapore Mobile Only) or email upon buyer request.

Return Policy

• ** Goods sold and delivered are non-refundable, we will refund only if the item is out of stock.
• ** If the item is found to have manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the item, please inform us within 7 days (including non-working days) via email for 1-1 exchange. Each case will be handled carefully.
• ** We do not cover product box damage, package damage, color (not satisfied) that do not affect the item.
