The Installation Team will install the washing machine professionally and in the best possible location, provided you have opted for installation service.

All water inlet and outlet will be attached and routed to your drainage (subjected to the length of the new outlet hose)

The Installation Team will not be able to install your new washing machine if your place does not have an available washing machine water point. The Installation charge will not be refunded.

For brand new installation, you may require a washing machine adaptor to install your new washer. The installtion team will be able to sell it to you on the spot and it costs $10

The Installation Team will not be able to teach you on the usage of your washer.

Lets face the fact. Nothing in this world is free. For those who are assuming that there is such a thing called FREE, think again and recalculate the pricing from other sellers.

Their shipping or delivery cost is already in the selling price.

As we want you to pay ONLY for the services which you require, listed below will be additional optional nominal charges which you will asked to select upon checkout.

3. Disposal of old Front Load Washing Machine: $20.00
4. Non Lift Level Flats / Apartments:  Add $35.00 to services

For majority of buyers, who are mostly residing in Lift landed HDB flats, the cost of installing and disposing a top load washer will be only $10.

Store Pick Up is now available for all models. However, do note that a $10 surcharge will be imposed for the special arrangements required to ship the item from our main warehouse to the store pick up location. The $10 will be paid in cash when you collect the washer.
