My items are 100% brand new.
If you received your kendama and demand an exchange with reasons being:
1. It has slight scuffed marks
2. It has some dent marks
3. It is not restringable
4. It is not a normal size kendama
5. It is not a real kendama

YOUR KENDAMA IS NOT ALLOWED FOR AN EXCHANGE. Why?

Ans.: 1. scuffed marks is not caused by us. The paint is painted over wood. The wood may be uneven.
2. I am not liable for damage during delivery. I will provide bubble wrap during postage.
3. Yes, my kendama is not restringable
4. Kendama has many sizes and this is capable of performing tricks
5. It is a brandless kendama and there are people who is able to perform tricks on it.

-- DELIVERY --
1. Items ordered after 5pm on Friday and weekends will be mailed out on Monday.
2. Items ordered after 5pm will be mailed out the next available working day.
3. If you opt for normal mail, please take note I do not control delivery days.
Typically items take 2-5 working days to arrive, but it may stretch up to 14 days.
The fault lies with Singpost and I am unable to check with them also.
4. Registered mail may take longer to arrive but you will be given a tracking number to check your parcel.
5. I will not be liable for lost or damaged mail should you opt for normal mail.
