Burger Mould

Size: 11.1cm*2.6cm (inner diameter 9.8cm)

Method of using this mould:

Firstly, grease the moulds with thin layer of vege oil or melted butter.

Dust with some bread flour & pour out the remaining flour.

Just a thin layer will do. Set aside.

Put bread dough on the moulds and wait for it to proof till double the size.

(put them into oven for proofing to prevent the dough surface get dry up)

Lastly, ready to bake the burger breads in oven!

All the breads will come out with standard round size. 

Ready to deco your burger with any ingredients you like :)
