Made of chiffon. Fully lined with smooth polyester. Adjustable drawstring straps. Non stretchable. Non sheer. PTP is meant to be big for this, suitable for plus size too. You may choose to wear a caged bra underneath for the chic look. Available in Black, Olive, Navy, Periwinkle and Burgundy.
