How to Order?

STEP 1 :
 Prepare your Photo or Graphic

Guidelines:

2952 X 4017	Best
1476 X 2009	Acceptable
984 X 1339	Minimum
709 X 965	Poor (Procced at your own Risk)

Pls save your Graphic / Photo in .jpg format.

STEP 2 :
Order in Qoo10.

 

STEP 3 :
Send your Photo / Graphic to josideas@outlook.sg together with your Qoo Order Number.

 

STEP 4 :
We will acknowledge the email receipt. Within 5-7 days of your Photo/ Graphic confirmation date, we will deliver your Kids Backpack.

 

STEP 5 :
 If we do not receive your design within 5 working days after you order in Qoo10, we will ship out the Order with a random design in our library.
