A difference of 0.5” to 0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

NO exchange or return of product except defective products.

To qualify for an exchange, an email including photos of defective areas must be sent to elliephant0404@gmail.com within 10 calendar days from "delivered" date.
Please note that we will not entertain any exchange after this period has passed.
