 Important information on purchasing optical goggles:

 It is recommended that you get a lower power optical swimming goggles than your existing degree of myopia.

 Your vision will appear to be sharper in the water due to the water's physical nature of refraction. Also, the goggles lens are closer to our face than our glasses, so getting a lower power swimming goggles will give you the same visual effect and will prevent dizziness in the water. 

  So, if you are 350 degrees myopic, it is recommended that you get the 300 degrees (-3.00 dioptre) optical goggles.
