I waited a long time to use them and my only regret is not trying them sooner! I found them to be fairly easy to apply. The first couple nails felt a little awkward but I got the hang quickly. It took a comparable amount of time to apply as a base coat, two color coats and dry time. Except if I had to get up and do something in the middle I could, because they don't smudge! So helpful when you have a toddler! I can do them after she is in bed for the night and not worry about them getting smudged on my blankets. You'll see a below a pic from when I first applied them, and one I took a few minutes ago. As of today they have been on my nails for 13 DAYS and still look GREAT! Up close there are signs of wear (cracking) but it's truly not visible from even a short distance. I can't recommend these more. The look and quality is unbeatable. I took a long time to even try them because I was so skeptical of how they'd work and look. I finally tried them out and am in love! They were so very easy to apply and the instructions were very easy to follow. You simply remove the plastic covering, remove the tab (carefully or it could rip but this only happened to two of them and seemed more likely the longer they were out of the packaging - it does say use immediately after opening), pick an end and apply. You stretch it gently to fit and press firmly. You fold the remaining over the edge of your nail and file off the excess with the file that comes in the box.
