Q:How many times can each branch be bent repeatedly?
A:GOJOOASIS LED trees can be DIY shapes no matter how many times you branch the branches. But it's better not to bend you light tree too often as that can cause loose connection between branches and trunk. If you find any loose, you can use the electrical tape to fix it.

Q:Is it dangerous to use GOJOOASIS LED trees?
A:Each one of GOJOOASIS tree includes power adaptor. And output voltage is 24V which is safe for human being.

Q:What if one of LED bulbs doesn't work, will it affect the whole LED tree?
A:This is not something that we want any of our customers to experience. But if one of the LED bulbs doesn't work, it won't affect the whole LED tree. It is suggested to remove the broken one and seal wrap up with electrical tape while turning off the tree.

Q:What if one of flower fell off, will it affect the whole LED tree?
