They can't call them briefs any more. How can they get by with labeling them "briefs"? They're bikinis. They've taken 3" off the length from crotch to waist and I don't know how much off the hips. Just unbelievable that they think they can take that much material off something people have been wearing for years and what...think we won't notice? The new ones are simply dreadful. Always fit at the natural waist above the navel. Not any more. They have "Short-sheeted" the briefs by 1-2". There was a time I would have recommended them to anyone because Hanes was consistent with their cut and quality. They are no longer consistent with either. The waist is MUCH larger than it used to be (for the same size), but there's no "fit" and they ride much lower. As someone else said, "If I wanted bikini panties, I'd buy bikinis" - these are at best "hip huggers" but they are not full cut briefs. Hanes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Hoping it doesn't take as long for an exchange as the initial purchase to receive them.
