You might find the bale fruit is smaller than the leave and flower. In fact, it's ripeness and taste better than other general big guavas. According to native aborigines, birds like the fruit, bees like the flower. Their ancestor taught them to take its leave only. But per our study, the best benefits of this produce is its budding leaves, birds and bugs take the leave too. |

Character 2: The size of its leave is about to female's thumb. Nowadays, farmer can pick the budding leave by hand only. The budding leave we picked is the 3 leaves on the top of twigs. Compare with the grown leaves, the budding leave is rich in great antioxidants, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agents, beneficial tannins. The budding leave is easier to be dehydrated under the sun light too. Once dehydrated, we kept the leaves to be cool down by wind, then let them rest and fermenting to create more fragrance during night time. |

Until some senior aborigine set up a safe zone to protect it - their anciten legacy. |
