1. Wrong address return mail.
Dear buyers, kindly check on the mailing address during your check out as M&G Palace will not be responible for any lost mail or return mail shipping fee. If you've accidently type the wrong shipping information kindly contact us immediately to amend the mailing address before your order is shipped out. If you had given the wrong information and the parcel has return back additional shipping fee will be
fully bear by customers.
2. Exchanging of items.
Shipping cost is NOT refundable and buyers should bear the responsible for return shipping in terms of exchanging.
3. Stocks and Payment
All order will be posted out within 2 working days once we have receives confirmation order from Qoo10 system unless run out of stock. All orders are first come first serve basic, payment made by AXS please kindly make payment within 1 working day as M&G Palace will only reserve the item for you up to 24 hrs as to be fair to other buyers.
