注意事项

菊花茶随功效甚多，但饮用时需注意：

一、对体寒体虚的人来说，菊花茶中加些冰糖，能稍微减弱一下寒性;而对于体热体壮的人，加冰糖就会减弱菊花茶清热的功效。所以，体热的人最好直接喝菊花茶，不要加糖。而对糖尿病人而言，加糖就对健康更不利了。

二、体虚的人喝菊花茶时加入蜂蜜，食疗效果会更好。而且，蜂蜜还富含维生素和氨基酸，能让菊花茶的营养价值提升。不过要注意，大便溏稀的人最好别加蜂蜜。

三、不喝隔夜菊花茶。隔夜菊花茶茶里含有的绿原酸，在空气中会氧化而变绿。隔夜菊花茶中维生素C的含量大大减少，营养价值减低。加糖或者蜂蜜的隔夜菊花茶更不能喝，胃寒体虚者饮用容易造成腹泻。
