Directions
For Cornbread You''ll Need:
Entire bag Yankee Cornbread and Muffin Mix
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/3 cups low-fat buttermilk
1 egg lightly beaten
6 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 inch pan. Combine mix, sugar and salt. Add wet ingredients and mix to moisten. Pour into pan and bake 25 minutes or until top is golden. Serve warm. For Muffins: Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 17 minutes.Free OfGluten.
