I don't know why people are saying it is not for a tan person when I can use this palette with ease and I am medium tan usually in foundation (108 in L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte), I use the deep bronzer palette. The shades are not chalky and feel smooth to the touch. This product also didn't break me out considering I have very acne-prone sensitive skin. I'm a light-medium complexion so I just use a little of lightest shade to bronze my face and the darkest shade if I feel like contouring a bit.
