Shipping & Handling
- Qxpress is strongly recommended. You may choose the FREE Normal Mail at YOUR OWN RISK. However, we are not liable for any item lost in normal mail.
- All items will be posted out within 3 business days.
- We have no control over Singpost's delivery lead time. Through feedbacks, 95% of our customers received their items within 2-7 business days, from the date of posting. While the remaining 5% either received their orders after 7 business days (up to 30 days!!) or had their parcels lost by SingPost with NO compensations!
- From time to time, we may choose to self-deliver the items if we deemed that as more beneficial to both parties. However, shipping fees, if previsouly charged, will NOT be refunded.

| Refund, Return or Exchange
We accept refund, return or exchange of the item that has been delivered, on conditions that :
- the item must be returned to us or exchanged WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of delivery, in a new and unused condition and contain all materials included with the shipment.
- Shipping fees, if previously charged, will not be refunded. Buyer has to pay for the return shipping fee or carry in to our store. UNLESS it was an unintentional mistake made by us.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for every voluntarily return or exchange.
