Accu-Chek FastClix finger pricker

  • Convenient. Drum contains 6 lancets, so changing lancets is simple and comfortable.
  • Smooth use. High-speed penetration with active needle retraction. Guided lancet movement prevents needle vibration and unnecessary tissue damage.
  • Hygienic and safe. Used drums cannot be reinserted and are easily recognisable. Sterility caps are automatically removed once used.

SAFETY ADVICE: The Accu-Chek FastClix finger prickers are intended for patient self-monitoring by an individual person only. They must not be used to collect blood from more than one person as they do not incorporate any features to guard against cross infection.



How to use the Accu-Chek Performa Nano blood glucose meter

  1. Use the Accu-Chek FastClix finger pricker to obtain a drop of blood per the Reference Manual chapter on using the finger prickers.
  2. Insert a test strip into the meter. Test strip and flashing blood drop symbols appear on the display.
  3. Touch the drop of blood to the tip of the yellow end of the test strip, not the top of the strip or window. A flashing hourglass symbol and a beep indicate that enough blood has been applied.
  4. The result appears on the display.
