How to Skate:

• If you’re a beginner, suit up with safety gear in preparation for the eventual spills, tumbles, and cries for momma.
• Push and glide; keep one foot facing forward with the other pushing at a 45 degree angle. Repeat and alternate feet.
• The V shape; this is one of the easier methods to come to a stop. Turn your skates inwards or outwards to form a V and you will slow down.
• Keep practicing and you may graduate from an awkward shuffling gait to a graceful ballerina on wheels.
