The machine

All Nespresso machines are equipped with a patented extraction system that guarantees up to 19 bar pressure, and a Thermoblock. The Thermoblock only heats enough water for your coffee serving. Each element - water pressure, temperature and extraction duration - has been calculated with precision. This ensures the aromas from each Grand Cru coffee are fully expressed, giving the coffee body and creating an exceptionally thick and smooth cream.

Pixie Clips – style as you want.

The first Nespresso coffee machine which you can personalise with a range of playful and easy to swap side panels. The Pixie Clips by KRUPS comes with two sets of panels, black or neon yellow, the choice is yours. 12 panels are available from Nespresso offering more possibilities to personalise your Pixie Clips.

Pixie Clips is an ideal model in the Nespresso range, condensing a wide range of features in a small coffee machine. The Pixie Clips is fast, with a heat up time of only 25 seconds, so you can enjoy your Grand Cru coffee without having to wait.

The machine is easy to use and intuitive, featuring water level detection in the 0.7 L removable water tank. Interactive lights can be seen through the capsule container so you know when the water level is low. It is environmentally aware, with an energy saving auto power off mode which activates after 9 minutes.

Nespresso offers over 20 Grand Cru coffees, to suit every taste preference, including a range of decaffeinated Grands Crus. Products of Nespresso Coffee Experts’ experience and inspiration, they come from diverse origins and offer a variety of aromas.

To achieve the perfect espresso, Nespresso Coffee Experts travel the world searching for only the finest green coffee beans, which offer the most exciting aromatic profiles. Only 1-2 % of the coffee grown globally meets their specific taste and aroma profiles and their high standards of quality. Nespresso then develops each blend from these beans and creates their specific roasting and grinding profiles.

The hermetically sealed aluminium capsules provide the optimum conditions to preserve and prevent oxidation of the 900 extremely volatile and sensitive aromas found in freshly-ground coffee. Simple in appearance, the capsule is the subject of continual technical improvement to optimise the machine’s extraction of the coffee.

The Nespresso Club

The Nespresso Club is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you contact the Coffee Specialists by phone, online or in one of Nespresso's Boutiques, they can answer your questions.

The Assistance Service is exclusive to the Nespresso Club. Each machine is covered by a three-year manufacturer’s warranty. If your machine requires repair during the period of its guarantee, Nespresso will provide you with a loan machine, subject to availability.
