Method (2):   Use 3 bowls of water and 5 g (about 2 slices) of Tongkat Ali, double-boil for 20 minutes and drink the water after boiled. The slices of Tongkat Ali can be re-boiled by same amount of water again for 1-2 times until without tastes.

Method (3):   Add 2-3 slices of Tongkat Ali and 2 bowls of water, together with pork ribs, chicken or vegetables for cooking soup. Double-boil for 30 minutes.
