Return/Exchange:
1) Each individual orders we inspected before mail out.

2) Any defect items/products we do not mail out and will
contact buyers to notify just in case if that particular 
items/products out of stock.

3) We do not accept return/exchange if buyer choose 
wrong size/items as during cart summary buyers should
view each and every details before proceed to payment.

4) Items/products reached and buyer find its not suit their 
taste or size and request for exchange, please take note;
we do not accept this request.

5) IF its our fault in mailing wrong items/products to buyer,
return mail charges will be borne by us. We will contact 
buyer once we got it and will proceed to exchange BUT 
mailing will be done in Normal Postage ONLY. That is why 
we can't afford to mail wrong items/products to buyer. 
This will only happen in 0.0001%. So Buyer can assure us
we do provide excellent services to all.
