Normal postage is usually reliable, but since there is no tracking, in the event that mail is lost, we apologise for not being able to resend your order.

Please note that we will be away from 2nd-5th Dec 2016 to source for more new goodies for all of you. All orders received within this period would be accepted but will only be sent from 6th Dec 2016 onwards. Thanks for your understanding.

This set comes with the props already cut-out but not attached to the sticks. Sticks and sticky dots are provided in the package. We will be happy to attach all the sticks for you for a small fee of just $2! :D
