** Transport Charge of $10.00 will be applicable for every pickup / return services **

Lead time varies accordingly to availability of stocks

Self Collection / Delivery Lead Time --> 2 to 7 Working Days

Seller Delivery --> Wait for call from our Logistics within the next available date and time

3rd Party Logistics (Qxpress) --> Wait for SMS/Call on the day/1 day before delivery.

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card with the total amount debited.

 All risk of loss or damage to the product(s) passes to you when you place an order upon delivery or collection, but if you fail to collect when notified, or fail to accept delivery at the first attempt all risk of loss or damage to the product(s) passes to you at that time.

Delivery will be made to the address stated in your order unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for updating the delivery address if necessary. We may charge you if a second delivery is required.

 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ready to accept delivery of the product(s) at any time reasonably specified by us and/or agreed with you without undue delay. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the third party delivery company may have to arrange re-delivery or collection and additional delivery and other fees may be incurred.

We will not be liable for any product which has been wrongly used, including but not limited to use contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions, damage by accident or by modification or attempted repair, use in abnormal conditions, deterioration through normal wear and tear or products improperly or inadequately cared for. A minor defect (e.g. a scratch) shall not constitute grounds to cancel or terminate any contract.
