3 TENSION STRENGTH OPTIONS - We offer multiple options depending on the total weight the athlete plans on lifting. Essentially, the heavier the amount of weight, the stronger the athlete needs the wrist to be supported. Wrapping with too heavy of a wrist strap will not allow the athletes forearm muscles to develop properly while using too light will not provide the support necessary to prevent injury. We highly suggest determining the total amount of weight you will be lifting and match your wrist wraps to that weight. Some athletes may find that 2 or even all 3 variations are needed in their lifts.
