Cancel Policy:
You may cancel the order before the seller sends them. In case that the seller has sent the item, you may contact seller and request for return & refund.

Return & Refund Policy:
1. In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment that was used to make payment.
2. The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item.
3. The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:
3.1. The item has been damaged by customer’s fault (expect for only package opened)
3.2. The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage/consumption.
3.3. The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.
3.4. The item has been customized for specific buyer.

Shipping Information:
We ship orders via registered airmail in cardboard boxes each of which weights no more than 2 kg. Our logistic partners are Thailand post and DHL e-commerce. Tracking numbers will be supplied for every box. Average delivery times are as follow:

- Asia 5 - 10 days
- Europe, Australia, Africa 8 - 18 days
- US, Canada, South America 12 - 24 days

Shipping charge is calculated based on actual weight on the shopping cart page. Please note that parcel will need someone to sign for. If it is delivered when nobody is at home, a postman may leave a note and bring a parcel back to the post office. You will have to go get it within a couple of weeks otherwise they will send it back to us. If this happens you will be required to pay for the second round shipping postage.

Shipping Insurance:
Registered airmail from Thailand is partially insured. If your parcel gets lost the post office will start investigation. The process may take up to a year until they make decision on how much compensation would be. In order to avoid the problem that may happen, we recommend you to purchase extra insurance. So, in case a parcel is not delivered within a certain period of time: Asia 2 weeks/ Europe, Australia, Africa 4 weeks/
US, Canada, South America 6 weeks, we will ask the post office to track it. It takes at least 14-30 days to find out the parcel. Once we get a confirmation that the parcel is undelivered/lost, we will resend a new one right away. Insurance rate varies from countries to countries. It will be automatically calculated when you place an order.

This is the most convenient way to pay us. Paypal accepts most major debit and credit cards online. Payment is handled in USD and absolutely free of charge at buyers' side. However, you need to subscribe with them before sending payments.

We accept all VISA and Master card. Your credit card will be processed by ThaiEpay.
