7 Quart fryer/sauce pan. Evenly leveled aluminum fryer/sauce pan with mirror finish. Compatible with some fry baskets. Riveted handle and stem catcher. Extended stem catcher arm to hold fry basket in place. Note: ALSF001(5.5 Quart fry sauce pan) and ALSF002(7 quart fry sauce pan) are compatible with SLFB002 - 9" fry basket - medium. ALSF003(10 quart fry sauce pan) fits SLFB001 - 11" fry basket - large.
