Shipping & Handling

·         We mail out all purchase requests within 1-2 working days (Mon – Fri, excludes public holidays) after payment clearance.

·         Shipping cost includes postage, packing materials and delivery to local post office.

·         It is highly recommended that you opt for Registered mail. This comes with tracking number allowing you to track the delivery status.

·         By selecting Normal non-registered mail, it is understood that you, as the buyer accepts all risks associated with normal mail such as postal delay, non-receipt or lost parcel.

Exchange Policy
