ご使用の目安	Apply the mask over clean， dry skin. Take time to relax your body and mind. For best results， allow a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 60 minutes for the mask to rest on the skin. If you are using the mask on hands， you can use cotton gloves and keep the mask on overnight. Rinse the mask off gently with warm water.
