It fits arm nicely， and is adjustable for almost any one's arm size. The arm guard is made of a good quality piece of leather， and has elastic cords which secure it to sturdy hooks. The leather arrives flat， because it is new， and it needs to conform to the arm， so to "train" my leather I simply rolled it into a small roll and then wrapped two rubber bands around the ends to "train" the leather to stay conformed to my arm. I would recommend this nice leather arm guard to a friend.
