Please take note that due to being a fragile item, some of the chalks may be broken duing delivery process. But it can be used to dye your hair as good as not broken one. Please kindly bear in mind for broken pieces. So sorry for this but we cannot control in this matter as it was imported from oversea.

You may collect it at red hill mrt if you want to make sure you receive in good condition. Please email to onlineshop@kelgroup.org for self collection.

For self collection, if you pay COD, we will waive for S$1.00 of delivery charge.

We will refund only S$0.50 for delivery charge if you make payment from Qoo10 as we did not receive S$1.00 from Qoo10.
