The condoms are manufactured， tested and approved according to ISO 4047 and ASTM D3492 standard as well as WHO specification.

Pin Hole Test              : Condoms are 100%individually and electronically tested to screen pinholes and thin spots.

Tensile Test              : Thoroughly checks condom's elasticity and strength.

Air   Burst Test               : Determines condom's overall strength

Electrolyte Water Test : Determine condom's electronically screened to detect holes

Package Intereity Test : Lubricated condoms packaged in aluminium foil are tested to ensure that foils are                                         hermetically sealed to prevent lubricant leakage and are impermeable to oxygen
Aging Test                    : Condoms are subjected to accelerated temperature to simulate the effect of time.
