This Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini is a versatile machine, it doesn't just prepare bread! The Home Bakery Mini can prepare dough for a variety of uses which you can bake in your oven, including cookies, pasta, pizza, light dinner rolls, hamburger or submarine rolls, pretzels, cinnamon rolls, croissants, doughnuts, brioche, bagels, artisan bread, sourdough and French bread. It can also bake cakes, it makes jam, has a quick bake setting for when you are in a hurry and a special French bread setting to produce perfect French loaves.
Texture and Crust Control with Timer function
You can have as much control as you want over the finished bread, with a texture setting (soft, regular and firm) and you can choose if you want a light or regular crust, with the crust control setting. There is a handy timer function which can be set in advance, so you can wake up to freshly baked bread in the morning or fresh croissant dough to bake in your oven.
Bakery made simple
The Home Bakery Mini is so easy to use, just pour ingredients into the bread machine (unmixed!) and select the settings you want - the Zojirushi takes it from there and alerts you when your bread is ready. A beep will remind you when to add mid-cycle ingredients, if your recipe calls for some. A window on top lets you follow the progress, and if you want, you can open the lid during operation without resetting the cycle (it keeps running with lid open). The Home Bakery Mini comes with a full set of pre-programmed cycles for a variety of breads.
